What this site knows about you.

Servoflows is a brand of Datum Holdings LLC, a Nevada company based in Las Vegas. This page explains what servoflows.com collects, why, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect what you send us and standard usage analytics, we use it to reply to you and improve the site, and we do not sell it to anyone.

What you send us

If you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email, organization if you give one, what you need, and your message. It is delivered to us by our hosting provider and lands in our email. We use it to reply to you and for our own business records. We do not add you to a mailing list.

The phone line

Calls to our number are answered by an AI receptionist. Calls are transcribed, and the details you share on a call, such as your name, company, and contact information, are captured in a summary that is emailed to us so we can follow up. If you would rather not talk to the receptionist, use the contact form or email us directly.

Booking a session

The booking link goes to a Google Calendar appointment page. What you enter there is handled by Google under its own privacy terms, and we receive the booking details.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, rough location from your IP address, device and browser type, and interactions like form submissions. These tools use cookies and similar technology. You can limit them with your browser's cookie controls or a content blocker, and the site works fine either way.

Who processes it

We do not sell your information, and no advertising networks run on this site. A small set of service providers process data on our behalf: Netlify hosts the site and delivers form submissions, Google provides analytics, email, and calendar booking, PostHog provides analytics, and ElevenLabs and Twilio run the phone line. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

How long we keep it

Inquiries, form submissions, and call summaries are kept as long as they are useful for the conversation and our business records. If you want something deleted, ask.

Your choices

Email chris@servoflows.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within one business day.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes here with a new effective date.
